Product Features
The product is subject to CSA Z245.20-2022 standard, which is a double epoxy anticorrosive powder coating with rapid curing and excellent performance. There are two powder coatings with bottom and surface coating. The coating is a composite coating composed of bottom anticorrosive coating (FBE) of primary film and ARO protection. Suitable for the external anticorrosion of steel pipes and components, the working temperature and environment are-30℃~80℃ buried or underwater environment. High membrane crosslinking density, strong adhesion, to prevent the corrosion of soil, hydrocarbons, acid and alkali salts, microorganisms, waste water, seawater, with good coverage and anti-corrosion resistance. It is widely used in harsh environment and mountains, rivers, urban areas through pipelines.
Application scope and characteristics
1.External corrosion prevention of steel pipes, pipe fittings, components, etc.
2.Compared with other types of coatings, environmental protection, easy to thick coating, good adhesion, with excellent cathode stripping ,anti-corrosion properties and mechanical damage resistance.
3.It has wide application range, and wide operating temperature range (-30℃ ~80℃).The broken areas are easy to repair.
Method and dosage
1.Coating method: Electrostatic spraying,thermal spraying, fluidized bed coating.Construction technology and repair technology references
1. Sandblasting or shot blasting to Sa2.5 level, anchor pattern depth 40~110μm, surface dust removal to near white leve.
2. Clean the dust and abrasives on the surface of the steel pipe.Qualification

Safety, packaging, storage and transportation
1.This product is non-toxic, non-polluting and non-flammable, but measures should be taken to prevent large amounts of inhalation during operation.
2.Packing: Carton outer packing, lined with polyethylene bag, net weight 25±0.2kg.
