Product Features
The product implements CSA Z245.20-2022 standard,which is a single layer of epoxy heavy anticorrosive powder coating with convenient construction, rapid curing and excellent performance. It is suitable for external anticorrosion protection of steel pipes and components, the operating temperature is-30℃ ~75℃, and the environment is underground or underwater environment. The coating has high crosslinking density and strong adhesion, preventing the corrosion of soil, hydrocarbons, acid and alkali salts, microorganisms, waste water and seawater, and the coating has good coverage and anti-corrosion resistance on welds, edges and special-shaped workpieces.
Application scope and characteristics
1.External corrosion prevention of steel pipes, pipe fittings, valves, pumps, containers, components, etc.
2.Compared with other types of coatings, environmental protection, easy to thick coating, good adhesion, with excellent cathode stripping and anti-corrosion properties.
3.It has the characteristics of mature process, wide application range, long anti-corrosion life, and wide operating temperature range (-30℃ ~75℃).The broken areas are easy to repair.
